The evening will feature a keynote presentation by Nathan Helbach, Co-founder and CEO of Neutral. He will provide an in-depth look at "The Edison," a groundbreaking 31-story mass timber residential tower in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This project exemplifies sustainable building practices, aiming for Passive House (Phius) certification and incorporating extensive amenities such as a café, fitness center, spa, pool, sauna, demo kitchen, sky lounge, dog park, movie room, community garden, entertainment deck with kitchens, and an outdoor sports court.
